How-To Plant a Garden by Riley & Sophia

1) Get all the rocks out.

2) Get all the worms out. Not the earthworms -- only the [regular] worms because those don't make it fresh.

3) Put the soil in.
[Editor's note: This is hard work!]

4) Get some shovels. Shovel the garden.

5) Put the vegetables in.

6) Water the plants.

7) Don't let the woodchuck eat the lettuce.
[Editor's note: HA!]

8) Tah-dah!

[Editor's last note: The most important step in planting a garden ~ Let Daddy do the heavy lifting!]

Home grown vegi's! Awesome! If you are planting cherry tomatoes, you have to let the girls pick and carry them when they are wearing a dress. (you know, hold up part of their dress to make a "basket") I have pictures of Teresa doing that...they are some of my favorite pictures....
